ARKTEX Council of Governments will be at our office located at 777 S. Tyler St at 9:00 AM on JULY 26, 2024 for a Lease Up Event. Office will open at 8:00 AM. TWO, THREE AND FOUR BEDROOM APARTMENTS. NO ONE BEDROOMS AVAILABLE. This is an opportunity to provide all information, inspect the appropriate apartment, accept an offer of housing and schedule move in dates, deposits and utility connections all on the same day. Security deposit is $200.00. Utilities are required to be connected in the lease holder name. Be sure to review the REQUIRED DOCUMENTS LIST below. You will need to bring all documents that pertain to your household on that day. You may be turned away if you don’t bring them. Background checks will be performed the same day. We look forward to serving you!

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS

1. Birth records for all family members 2. Valid Identification for 18 and older 3. Social Security card or equivalent for all household members 4. Food Stamp letter if they are received 5. If Social Security received, bring letter 6. Child Support letter if received 7. Last four paystubs 8. Last 6 months bank statements

Rent is based on 30% of adjusted gross income for the family. Security deposits for the units is $200. You must be able to acquire gas and electric service in your name. Water, sewer and garbage are included in rent.
